Cancellation Policies


Flexible 24 Hour Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival date will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.


Payment Methods

1. Pay Now

The 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Pay at the Hotel

The 5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be settled upon check-in.


Restrictions

The following dates are periods of NO REFUND:

21/Dec/2024 - 05/Jan/2025



Payment Information

  • In case of a no-show or cancellation according to the policy, the corresponding charge or refund will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
  • Guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment or as a booking guarantee during check-in.
  • By confirming a reservation, you agree that transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. These costs will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation, as they are related to services provided during the booking process.
